Registration
The registration fee for the meeting includes educational materials,
breakfast, and lunch.

The Conference Center at NorthPointe at 866.233.9393 for room reservations
by September 22, and mention the Ohio-ACC meeting. Room reservation rates
INCLUDE dinner on Friday, October 26, in the dining room from 5:30-8:00 pm
(or boxed dinner for late arrival with prior notification), and overnight
accommodations.
The
special discounted rates are as follows:

Meeting attendee single occupancy is $175 + tax
* Meeting attendee double occupancy is $125 + tax per meeting attendee

Additional charge for guest sharing room who is not attending the meeting:
$65 + tax (includes dinner on Friday, October 26 + lunch in the dining
room on Saturday, October 27)
